Layout Controls

The real layout panel groups four separate ideas that work together:

• Spread / Per Page
• gap
• padding
• alignment

They are small controls, but they change the whole feel of a spread. The fastest way to understand them is to separate what each one owns.

How to Read This Panel

• Spread / Per Page chooses whether one layout block spans both pages or each page gets its own block
• gap changes the space between photos inside that block
• padding changes the outer margin near the spread edge
• alignment repositions the block inside the space left by padding
