Layout Controls
The full panel model for placement and spacing.
The real layout panel groups four separate ideas that work together:
- Spread / Per Page
- gap
- padding
- alignment
Layout Controls Demo
Adjust the same ideas the real panel explains: layout scope, space between photos, margin near the edge, and where the block sits.
One shared layout block across both pages.
Alignment
What this changes
Spread / Per Page chooses the scope. Gap changes the space between photos. Padding changes the outer margin. Alignment repositions the block inside that padded area.
Preview
Spread mode uses one shared block. Per Page splits that into left and right page layouts. Nothing crops or resizes the photos.
In the live editor, these controls sit inside the layout panel. Spread mode uses one shared block. Per Page splits that into left and right page controls.
How to Read This Panel
- Spread / Per Page chooses whether one layout block spans both pages or each page gets its own block
- gap changes the space between photos inside that block
- padding changes the outer margin near the spread edge
- alignment repositions the block inside the space left by padding
