Dashboard Stats
What the dashboard cards are telling you at a glance.
The stats row is your quick pulse check. Four cards, four questions:
- How many albums are currently in play?
- How large is the photo workload?
- How much storage is already occupied?
- How much storage is still available?
These cards are for orientation, not deep reporting. Use them to spot changes, catch capacity issues early, and decide where to go next.
Albums
The Albums card is the fastest count of albums in your workspace.
- It includes albums in different stages, not just finished projects.
- The smaller line under the number shows how many are currently in progress.
- Think of it as a quick workload check, not a filter.
Photos
The Photos card tells you how big the current photo workload is across your albums.
- In the current dashboard UI, it is presented as a workspace total.
- Treat it as a planning signal, not an archival ledger.
- If you need to work on the actual files, head into the album-level Photos stage.
Storage Used
The Storage Used card shows how much of your storage is already spoken for.
- This includes uploaded originals.
- It also includes derived files such as thumbnails and exports.
- On limited plans, the smaller line shows the total storage ceiling.
Storage Free
The Storage Free card shows how much room is still left.
- On limited plans, it shows how close you are to the ceiling.
- On unlimited plans, the UI switches to an unlimited state instead of counting down free space.
- If this number is getting tight, review cleanup, retention, or plan capacity before the next big upload.
How to Use These Cards
- Use them at the start of the day to get your bearings.
- Use them before importing another large album.
- Use them as a nudge to open the album list or review storage limits before they bite.
