Legacy route kept live for older links while /account/billing owns the canonical billing docs.

The canonical billing guide now lives at /account/billing because that
page is tied directly to the current subscriptions surface in the dashboard.
The practical rule is unchanged:
- plan status
- billing actions
- invoices
- album credits
All of that starts in Subscriptions, not in the old Settings > Billing
model.
