Send to Print, Not to Troubleshooting
Exports run as background jobs, so you do not have to keep the modal open while the files are being prepared. Spreadu keeps the active job visible in the editor, in recent exports, and on the album export history page.
PDF Export
Use PDF when you want one print-ready file for the whole album.
- Spreadu queues the export immediately and shows
Queued, then live progress. - The recent exports drawer keeps the job visible even after you close the modal.
- When the export finishes, the completed row exposes the download action directly.
How to Export
- Open your album
- Click Create Export
- Pick PDF or an image format
- Start the job and watch the live progress
- Download the finished file from the modal, recent exports, or the exports page
If you send the export to the background, the editor keeps an active export badge visible until the job finishes.
JPG Export
Use JPG, PNG, or TIFF when you want individual spread files.
- Client proofing on a phone or tablet

When Something Goes Wrong
Failed or stalled jobs stay in export history with an inline error instead of disappearing. Retry the export from the same album once the underlying issue is fixed.
